RETURN POLICIES
You can return one or more items, without having ever used them, within 14 days from the delivery date (including holidays) and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned products. After this deadline, the return procedure will no longer be available.

BEFORE YOU MAKE THE RETURN

RETURNED BY THE CUSTOMER
The Return by the customer allows you to choose the express courier you prefer. The costs are at your expense and will depend on the service you have chosen.

If to return your order you decide to use the return by the customer, the package containing the return is your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouses. This means that we are not responsible for any loss, damage due to bad packaging or delay in delivery of the return.
REIMBURSEMENT
As soon as we receive the return, we will check that all the conditions listed above have been met: if the procedure has been carried out correctly we will refund, which will take place through the same payment method used at the time of purchase, excluding initial shipping costs.
The reimbursement usually takes place after a few days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and bank.
If the order was paid on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer.
As an alternative to a refund, you can choose to receive a Store Credit – equal to the amount of the returned item – to be used on the entire catalog within the following 6 months.
We remind you that in case of partial return of an order to which a value discount code has been applied (eg. discount of 20 €), if the residual value of the order, following the return, is lower than the minimum cost required, the discount applied will be deducted from the refund.

SHIPPING FEES
Standard shipping (3-5 working days) is free in Italy, Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands for orders over € 300.00. As regards other countries, the costs of shipping and any customs clearance will be borne by the customer.
The transport service with TNT is Express for Italy with the exception of Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, regions in which it is Standard.
Standard shipping (delivery in 3-5 working days) costs € 9. Express shipping (delivery in 2-3 working days) costs 13 €.
All shipments are insured against damage or loss. The service is free for all customers and for any destination. Shipments are traceable. The tracking code is sent at the time of shipment, through which you can follow the progress of the shipment, 24H on 24H, on the courier’s website. We have selected two express couriers that we use depending on the destination of the order, to ensure the best service. – ORDER INSURANCE
All shipments are insured against damage or loss. The insurance is free and will be valid until the time of delivery of the goods to the address indicated by the buyer. – POSSIBLE DELAYS
In rare cases, it is possible that the shipment of the order will suffer some delays due to the handling of the payment. Or if the credit of the bank transfer that has been made is delayed with respect to two working days.
